LEXINGTON–From Old timey, jazz, to roots, the Green Sisters bring their eclectic mix of music to Harmony on the Green Coffeehouse in Lexington on Saturday, February 4th at 7:30 p.m.
Hailing from rural Massachusetts, the Green Sisters were raised with music accompanying their chores. Their sound spans a range of bluegrass, blues, country, and original songs. Itβs hard not to smile when treated with their tight harmonies and high energy tunes.
Harmony on the Green is hosted by Hancock Church in Lexington. “We’ve had a terrific launch to this new series, with a great response from the community.” says Mark Morgan, Director of Music at Hancock, “Each concert is wildly different musically, and the Green Sisters continue that in spades.” Samples of their music can be found at https://thegreensistersfour.com/
For tickets, visit hancockchurch.org/coffeehouse. Tickets are a suggested donation of $20, max $50 per family, but all are encouraged to attend and pay what they can. Reservations are encouraged.
