Weather permitting, this concert will be outdoors on the hosts’ covered patio at their home in Rockport, Mass. If the weather is horrid, the concert will move indoors and capacity will be limited to 30. The suggested contribution is $20, payable at the door by cash, check, or Venmo. Singer-songwriter-storyteller Dan Pallotta has returned to making music after a 30 year hiatus. He was hardly idle during that time. His endeavors would make a great book. And a movie. And, in fact, they already have! Dan’s writing comes from the wisdom he’s accumulated in those years, from his empathy for all those who suffer in the world, who struggle in the desert between their potential and their reality, their dream and their situation, witnessed from the perspective of those years working in philanthropy. Many songs are stories told from the perspective of the unique characters he’s encountered.
