The Lion Sisters

The Lion Sisters grew up on a farm in rural New England surrounded by music. They began learning fiddle (Josi) and guitar (Lily) at an early age and soon began creating music together. Josi and Lily work together writing their songs, combining topics they care about as well as stories their imaginations create. Their music is a fresh and contemporary take on their Bluegrass, Country, Celtic and Folk roots, and the lyrics are both playful and meaningful.
